Our team always thoroughly preps the areas to be painted.  Power washing the exterior not only removes the dirt and debris to ensure a good bond with with the new paint, it also helps determine if any wood requires replacement.  We then repair all existing nail holes and cracks  - to include stucco cracks. All gaps and openings are sealed before 2 coats of finish are applied.
